Summary

Reorganize the organization edits and view so that related items are together, plus some wording adjustments

Why?

The organization settings page has gotten a little unwieldy. Regrouping should make it easier to find things, and help the banks think about things together.

Printing

Show year-to-date values on distribution printout
Include signature lines on distribution printout
Hide value columns on distribution and donation printout
Hide package column on distribution printout
