Overview of the Issue

Atlantis appears to respond to its own GitHub PR comment when the server process is shutting down.

Screenshot 2024-08-27 at 8 33 26 AM

(Transcribing for searchability)
Atlantis server is shutting down, please try again later.

Error: unknown command "server".

I would not expect Atlantis to respond to a comment posted by Atlantis.

Reproduction Steps

Run an Atlantis command via a GitHub PR after Atlantis has been signaled to shutdown (e.g. SIGTERM) but before the shutdown is complete.

Logs

N/A - I don't have these at the moment.

Environment details

  • Atlantis version: 0.28.5
  • Deployment method: EKS via Helm
