delete a range of emails

Cannot select a range of emails to delete. Current problem: user has to select individual emails one at a time by checking each box of the desired sender email (for ex) to remove, and then delete as a group above. Cumbersome, frustrating, and wasteful process

Other email providers offer a range to delete by clicking just one email--and either highlight a range//check side box of other emails (can be a range or other individual emails), and hold the "shift" button to then perform the deletion process (right click//delete)

For example...I check the top of the sender column that then organizes all emails from a particular sender, then go left to first column "box" to check off an email to remove...a lot easier to check just one box and then highlight all emails to the last email from that sender in a range, versus each box individually.
