Add Dencun upgrade changes

Now that the Dencun network upgrade is live, we can add it to the list of supported schedules. Major EVM changes include the introduction of MCOPY instruction and restriction of SELFDESTRUCT: https://consensys.io/blog/ethereum-dencun-upgrade-explained-part-1.
