0.6 release

How far off do you think a 0.6 release is? #576 would be a godsend to have for a lot people looking to upgrade windows-sys.

We have a milestone: https://github.com/rust-lang/socket2/milestone/2, some of the items can be skipped for v0.6.0 and be added to v0.6.x. At the moment I don't have a lot of time to actually work on socket2 though, which is the main bottleneck for a next release.
