Need branch v0.11.0 to backport security fix

Kata-Containers is using v0.11.0 of vmm-sys-utils while waiting for https://github.com/rust-vmm/vhost/pull/251 to be landed first to bump to latest version. Thus we need to backport the fix to v0.11.0 and release v0.11.1 afterwards.
