We'll need to eventually figure out some sort of governance model. Until then this is a benevolent dictatorship.

Currently we have a "just show up and do stuff" based model.

What I would like to "do" is unblock some of those winapi pull requests (some of them have been sitting there for ages), which isn't really possible without the appropriate permission bits.
