[Bug]: Email accounts actions dot menu does not properly open

Bug Description

On the Mail Accounts page, when clicking on the ⋮ button in the actions column of a single email account, the menu that opens is created inside of the container of the table. The size of this container is not adjusted, so the menu is effectively hidden unless you scroll down inside of this container:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Mail Accounts.
2. (I suspect this bug only manifests when there are very few mail accounts present?)
3. Click on the ⋮ button in the actions column.
4. Get confused where to find the menu.
5. Scroll down to find it.

Expected behavior would be that this menu opens on another layer completely outside/on top of the table and surrounding container.
