you see on windows 8.1 and older systems, the tray always had this inconsistency of if an application had a white logo with no background color it was invisible to see, you had to hover for the name, and considering these is no dark mode in said systems, i think its better for the icon colors to be inverted eg. black background with white icon for the executable and tray menu
