Panic due to lack of SSE4.1 support

We don't support CPUs without SSE4.1 yet but we probably should. Out of curiosity, what's your CPU? Afaict, it's been supported for around 15 years, but your CPU seems to have AVX512 too? Not sure what's going on here

Hi - i also have this issue when using lazyvim commands e.g. :q
The commands still work, but instead of the completions, you get the panic.

My CPU is an Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6342 CPU @ 2.80GHz - a VM running on a corporate server

For me, going back to blink.cmp v1.9.1 stops the issue from happening :)
