Build tasks and support classes for dealing with Maven repositories and artifacts in the saker.build system. The package allows resolving dependencies, downloading artifacts, and other related operations during builds.

The library uses the saker.build system for building. Use the following command to build the project:
java -jar path/to/saker.build.jar -bd build compile saker.build
