Fix

- gpgkey: https://pkg.jenkins.io/redhat{{ repo_suffix }}/jenkins.io.key
should be replaced with line
- gpgkey: https://pkg.jenkins.io/redhat{{ repo_suffix }}/jenkins.io-2023.key

or move key name to defaults so it could be changed via lookup
