Migrate to Alpine Base Image

Migrate the blaze base image from Ubuntu 24.04.2 (Noble Numbat) to Alpine.

Pros

• way less vulnerabilities

Cons

• may be risky to use RocksDB with libc musl, although it's officially supported
• by default we have wget instead of curl in Alpine. users with health checks using curl have to migrate to wget
