NPM Audit Vulnerabilities

I am confident this is not some new security vulnerability, and likely due to my inexperience and learning process.

Describe the bug

installing sanity for next-js results in 8 moderate security vulns per npm audit

Commands I've tried:

npm install sanity next-sanity
npm install next-sanity @sanity/image-url

I expect it to download without any vulns.. I supopse.

I am on linux.
