Possible problem with Plugin Kit or Sanity v3 itself as changes don't reflect

So I'm working on migrating sanity-plugin-netlify-deploy-status-badge to v3 and I did yesterday. Yay!

Below are the steps I followed to test the plugin but I can't get to see my changes reflect on Studio v3. I had a bit of luck one-time after removing the plugin package and reinstalling it again. I was willing to compromise with that but when I attempted once again, it didn't worked anymore. So, I'm asking if anyone could shed some light.

1. npx @sanity/plugin-kit@latest verify-package - ✅

2. Testing the plugin with plugin-kit link-watch - ✅

3. Installing plugin to a test Studio v3. cmd: npx yalc add sanity-plugin-netlify-deploy-status-badge && npx yalc link sanity-plugin-netlify-deploy-status-badge && yarn - ✅

4. Using the plugin and starting studio - sanity.config.ts - ✅

5. Making changes to the plugin source, rebuilds - ✅

6. Verify built changes correct - ✅

7. Studio reloads after recognizing changes - ✅

8. Refresh/launch Studio v3 once again - ❌

Thank you! I've tried to detail it out and I'm not sure my steps are correct too. I'll be happy for my changes to work so I could proceed and finish migrating my plugin.
