@matteo-chesi revisited the mount program and found a few inconsistencies (mainly on log handling, so relatively minor) that I missed on the first implementation, I pushed an update that addresses all issues I found. I did tweak a few other things, I wonder if there is a way to test this integrated with skybox and/or CE?

Testing integration with skybox/CE currently it is only possible with zinal/starlex by using the vservice, so you can bump parallax version there and test.
IMHO we should work to enable integration tests within deploy.
You can easily do that in userspace by leveraging sarusmgr tool, but I don't have yet a testing platform where to test the full suite based on deploy rpms. Should I/we work on that ? Probably.
