Plutarch Moralia Pages vs. Sections/ containers vs. milestones

We should be able to handle these alternate citations with the work that Jake has been doing on milestones. I don't want to let this slip, esp. since Helma points out we are not handling it properly now.

We do have sections as <div/>'s and pages as milestones (with every 5 lines also as a milestone) in the XML.

So we can provide an added layer of service if we support both.
