Looks like the whole page is now down and we don't have access to it. We'll need help from EPFL and the person responsible is currently unavailable.

This is speculation, but I wonder if there's some other services or LLM crawler hitting Scaladex constantly.

Fabien (@fsalvi) might have access to logs that would tell us if that's a factor.

I also noticed the problem since yesterday. As last time, there are hundreds of requests per second and scaladex is not able to support such a load. I tried a few things, but load is coming back quickly. Requests look all valid, from various OS / browsers, not tagged as bot... The website is behind cloudflare, I'll have a look after the week-end if I can do something at that level.

Maybe some tool is using scaladex and hence those requests. But if it's mostly browser then that's unexpected. We might need to optimize scaladex. @fsalvi I can take a look if you give access to the instances. Would probably good to have someone be able to take a look at it, especially if you're out.

I did some analysis based on the country origin. Eg, for a random minute, here are the countries of origin:
Bangladesh
United Kingdom
India
Nepal
Kenya
Indonesia
Pakistan
Philippines
Vietnam
Morocco
Tunisia
South Africa
Netherlands
Uruguay

That looks quite suspicious to me, it doesn't correspond to the usual stats we have for other scala-lang.org websites...
But browsers signature look like standard Chrome/Safari/MS Edge browser.
