Showing wrong timezone when scheduling across a DST change

I am trying to schedule an event for April.

I am in central Europe: my timezone today (March 18th) is GMT+1, but in April it will be GMT+2. As you can see from the screenshot, it's wrongly using the GMT+1 timezone.

I'm seeing this same behavior with the DST shift right now too. This looks like the same underlying issue as #210 which has been open for a while. Linking them here so the maintainers can see this is still a critical, recurring blocker for users
