Releasing 2.18.0 for dir structure changes

I think I'd like to get 2.18.0 released soon, as it contains those dir structure changes, and it would be nice to limit the amount of change going out there along with them, to start gathering feedback (not that I'd expect any).

Thoughts, and also things on anyone's mind we may want to address before that?

I haven't yet finished the series of directory-separation changes. I submitted the last one that I originally prepared: #1558. After that, I'd like to rebase #1399 (which was postponed for 2.17.0 for the separation of directories) and review the changes.

When using the new version, I also noticed a search-order problem of _comp_load when the system bash-completion < 2.18 and the user's bash-completion >= 2.18 coexist. I'll later describe it. I would like to discuss it and fix issues of _comp_load including it.

Cheers, thanks for sharing. There's no rush, take your time, what I'm just after is that we don't sit on the dirs change for longer than necessary, and get a release out once we're comfortable with it.
