Increased memory usage

When running benchmarks (specifically concurrent select/concurrent deser), we've observed a higher memory usage than the baseline (DSx driver). We should look into that to check if there is something that we can do to reduce memory usage (which may also lead to better performance). Maybe things like #116, #277, or something completely else...?

This is the case mostly for the concurrent-deser and slightly for concurent-ser benchmark

After merging #368 and #370, the memory usage will be significantly reduced for deserialization benchmarks:

Some part of the increased memory usage is lazy result metadata, which force us to keep a copy of rust results even, after extracting row from the data:

With those changes, we may reconsider if the improvement is big enough to either consider this issue done / unimportant enough to push it to later releases
