Add example for codesandbox.io

Can we make a top level directory that works in https://codesandbox.io/?

Will https://github.com/seamapi/seam-components-sample-apps/tree/main/vite-react-ts work out of the box? Would any of the samples work, or do we need a dedicated one?

We had reports that using codesandbox gave a CORS error in some cases. Having a working example would ensure codesandbox is supported, or allow us to fix any issues to support it.
