Any plan to upgrade Rust edition and MSRV

Is there any plan to upgrade Rust edition and MSRV for reqwest?

For example, I would like to have dep: for features, which is introduced in 1.60.

Do you mean you wish to use those features in your own project? You can! reqwest using an older edition or support an older MSRV doesn't mean you are stuck when you depend on it.

No, actually, I want to try something in the reqwest source code.
And I want to know how far I can go, and for that I asked this question.

There isn't really a plan to do so. I try to be conservative in doing so, especially since reqwest used by many apps and command line tools that may be compiling on older Debian. So, I only increase it when the new features would be very helpful.
