how do you develop a theme?

I'm interested in developing a searx theme. But I'm still new and don't know how I can see the results of my code.

I have a searx clone repository on my PC. I still don't know how to run searx in development mode on the localhost. what python file to run and what should I do first?

Please I want to see theme and template result in the localhost.
