Improve GetAffiliatedIDAction

I am not super happy with the amount of querys for the getAffiliatedIdsAction this issue should collect ideas and concept that needs to be exploited to improve the query.

Explore again Eloquent Subquery

return Destination::addSelect(['last_flight' => Flight::select('name')
    ->whereColumn('destination_id', 'destinations.id')
    ->orderBy('arrived_at', 'desc')
    ->limit(1)
])->get();

especially try with tinkerwell and try removing the limit

Maybe it's a combination of the eager lodaing relationship constrains and the subselect.
