Support for running Gramine-based image with non-root user

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently graminized OpenFL runs as root and there is no option to modify it on launch. This is not a good security practice and may have severe consequences

Ability to set the running user and group IDs, similar to the regular Docker image
