✨ Feature

Data request wasm pruning was disabled (by setting the expirations of all wasms to 0) as we decided to wait adding it until wasm renewal is implemented. Implement a mechanism for renewing a data request wasm every time it is used and re-enable wasm pruning.

We should also update the indexing plugin to handle oracle programs being removed from the store and the indexer to support these messages.
