CLI would interactively ask for missing parameters

CLI would interactively ask for missing parameters (those that are declared/required by the module to apply, but are neither present in projectHistory nor in cli options). And this is where default values will be proposed.

I had a superficial search, and it looks like picocli does not support interactive questions. So, one option is to use jline3 for this particular feature, utilizing its jline-reader module: https://github.com/jline/jline3
