Update repo description

It would be nice if the URL and a description is added:

I don't have sufficient permissions to add the SEEK docs repo description and link. @stuzart would you mind please adding something short there, as per Bert's screenshot?

We have added a README file now. Still to add the 'About' section and link to the live GitHub Pages site.
