Does kafka.Writer fetch the node if of partition lead to produce message to?

I cannot find where in kafka.Writer code fetch the ip, port of the broker which is paratition leader of next batch message needed to produce. Does kafka-go send produce to exact broker of paratition leader or send to any broker.
Can anyone specify where these logics implemented if exits.
