To make it easier for user to install and use the AEM SDK + AEM SDK Dispatcher we should create a manifest which installs the AEM SDK.

Add a new installation manifest install_aem_sdk or separated installation manifests for each component install_aem_author_sdk, install_aem_publish_sdk & install_aem_dispatcher_sdk
