Update system banner design and link example

Feature request

Description

We need to update the system banner visual design:

• Change text style from body-bold to body
• Change height to 24px

• Figma reference

Additionally, we need to provide an example in the system banner documentation on a solution for positioning a link. The solution is simply

container with the same style as the system banner (color background, text style) and just a link. Example.
