Store RTS and DTR in profile

Gktterm:
Would it be possible to save the status of the RTS and DTR signals in the profile?

I am a ham radio operator and I regularly use gtkterm to communicate with radios via CAT commands.
The RTS signal is a hardware command that switches the transmitter to transmission mode.

When the profile is opened, the transmitter switches to transmission mode, which is very annoying.
