We have using var activity = OtelService.StartActivityWithTag(otelTagName, ... peppered throughout WordController, WordService, and WordRepository. The traces in Honeycomb involving those look good. Now we can expand to the rest of the public methods in:

• Backend/Controllers/
• Backend/Repositories/
• Backend/Services/

The new descriptive strings should match the style of the existing strings.
