Check if Google Play publish is accepted/rejected

It is possible to query the state of the publishing to see whether the app was accepted or rejected.

If we are doing a Google Play Publish, I could see us adding a step in the workflow for "In Review". While we are in the state, I could see us doing:

1. once XX minutes, check the status of the review
2. the user can view page with a link to the Google Play Developer Console (can we link to the app?) and the last time we checked the status (and how long until we check again?).
3. The user can click a button to update the review status immediately.
4. The user can continue which would complete the workflow and they will have to check the status themselves later.
5. If the state goes to rejected, we can move the workflow to a rejected state. They will have to look in email or Google Play to determine the reason.
