Remove old column from rhino builds #47
Description
Rhino builds is showing builds for CMS 5.3, which is no longer in support
We should have some logic that determines whether the "previous minor for the previous major" column shows, based on whether that version of the CMS is still in support, similar to what we do for the support-timeline
