First release

This is the first release of the Domesday Duplicator software and provides a complete end-to-end solution for the hardware including DE0-nano verilog firmware, FX3 firmware and GPIF state-machine design and an Ubuntu/Linux GUI front-end for controlling the capture process.

Please note that this release has not been widely tested. The primary purpose of this release is to freeze the code-base in its initial working form.

Second beta release for linux application testing

Beta release (includes non-functional code). This release is to enable testing of the linux GUI application against a known, reproducible build.
