Sub-questions do not load into "questions" table

Steps:

1. Have a Typeform survey that has questions that contains sub questions
2. Try to load it using tap-typeform

Expected:

• All questions are present

Actual:

• Sub-questions are missing

Same issue here. Did anyone find a solution to get subquestions in? I stopped using them but have some old surveys that I needed to load.

I am having this same issue and would very much like to see these sub questions. The answers to the subquestions are getting pulled in, but the questions themselves are not getting pulled into the answers table.
