[das-toolbox] Implement RemoteDB in das-cli

1 - Implement inmemorydb and remotedb as configuration options in das-cli.

2 - Replace the legacy --use-mork flag in das-cli agents with a new flag that allows selecting between four AtomDB backends: mongoredis, morkdb, remotedb, and inmemorydb.

3- Make changes to the configuration file to support new remotedb and agents changes.
