Version update

Since Heroku kicked out free plans, I deployed the server on vercel

• Increase in delivery compared to heroku
• Change in base url from https://manhwas.herokuapp.com/ -> https://manhwachan.vercel.app/
• Note : The Old URL works for the time being and will be completely stopped in 3 weeks :)
• Will be adding new manhwas in a while

Version 1.2

-Added Over-Powered End Point op
-merged the previous fantasy end point to both action and fantasy--> action
-fantasy End point works too. however it's not going to get any new Updates/Pulls.
-Added 300 manhwas of all Genres(not included in random's end point, some of them might have,if you find something like that Feel free to Open a Issue)
-Manhwa Discord Bot Associated Got Officially Verified, Invite the Bot if you have a Anime/manhwa Community
