RealDebrid torrent not deleting

Current Behavior

Some files, most times "downloading" ones can't be removed from list. Through sonarr / radarr or decypharrs own list.

If I choose in the arr to remove torrent, the file disappears in both sonarr and decypharr, but then reappears in both.

Same thing if I try in decypharr.

seems it can't connect to this particular file, I found the file in RD web and removed it manually but the file is still showing up. This wasn't a thing before 2.0.

EDIT:
After restarting decypharr the files are now not in the client. Probably due to the restart refreshing the torrents from RD where I had manually deleted the file.
It is also worth noting that the status of the file in RD was "unknown error"

I am also now using DFS instead of rclone, so maybe it's related to that as well?

I'll make a seperate post later, but also have issues sometimes where sonarr picks up the file as a failed import, but then refreshes and imports the file. The error says something like "Failed to import: Can't file mount path".

The only annoyance I have with that is I get notifications for Manual Imports so I can deal with them when I need, but now I get all these false positives.

Expected Behavior

When deleting a torrent in the client it should then remove it from RD.

So, seems that after a restart of decypharr it will fix itself.

But another issue seems to have arisen for me.

After a while, not sure exactly how long but at least a few hours. Sonarr and the likes can't send the torrents to decypharr. It just hangs on processing in sonarr for ages and then timesout.

Interestingly decypharr logs show:

[realdebrid] Processing torrent Action=symlink Arr=sonarr_client Hash=<HASH> Name=<FILE>

But nothing is added into decypharr.

After restarting and trying again to grab a file it then shows the success:

[realdebrid] Entry: <FILE> submitted to realdebrid id=<RD_ID>

This will then continue working for x amount of time. And then hang up again. Nothing else is showing in debug logs as it just hangs at processing torrent action.

Left it to its own and came back to multiple stuck entries that won't leave sonarr / decypharr until I restart decypharr. I was also on internal rclone instead this time and still did it. So ruled out DFS

On the beta branch now with internal RC.

Though if it continues I might just go back to sub v2 where I wasn't getting this.

Okay further info.

So this seems to happen when a torrent is added to RD that displays as an "unknown error" on their webgui.

That file struggles hard to be deleted from decypharr or the arrs. Which is interesting that restarting decypharr allows you to be able to delete it.

Now, while I have at least 1 sticky file that doesn't delete, it seems to prevent or bottleneck new files from being added to RD and then listed into decypharr. What I'd find is that when doing a search on a media, it'll hang for ages on "proceesing". This'll send the file to RD but it doesn't show up for a long time and this doesn't show up in arr activity or decypharr for that time as well. Once it's does, the rest of the process continues, perhaps a little slower but not bad.

Just now, I was having this exact issue, but rather than restarting decypharr, I went to RD and manually removed the files. I made sure that there was not a single error file on the latest page of RD. I was then able to delete them all from decypharr. As soon as they were gone from decypharr, everything works again without a hitch.

Perhaps these error files are causing a bottleneck when doing api calls to RD?

So I turned everything down to barebones so I could try and find out what is going on.

It is only really happening with 1 or my Sonarr Instances and it comes down to potentially being this error:

This then auto blacklists the release and when I had search on, it would grab another release. This would then also fail and it would do it rapid fire causing a block in api calls.

What is funny though, is if I unblock the release and auto search (so it grabs the same release that failed) it will import fine.

This instance is my 4k instance. So I am wondering if the mounts in v2 are a bit slower when ensuring the file is on the /decypharr/realdebrid mount. Especially when it is loading up a 4k series. I wonder if we can tune when decypharr marks the file as ready, or have the ability for the user to add a delay so we can ensure the files are ready for sonarr to then attempt importing.
