Upload error handling (on hold until 22 is done)

• Don’t allow grad year in upload to go below the current year (it allows it when you type it) - make dropdown?
• photos can’t be uploaded if no info added
• Same photo can’t be uploaded twice
• Uploading several photos with same info? - differentiate with id or number or something - yup django should do this
