Support for TLS / encryption-in-transit for AWS clusters

I'm having trouble connecting to our AWS ElastiCache Serverless memcached cluster with this client, and I think it may be due to TLS requirements AWS has with this cluster.  

Is there support in this library to connect via TLS?
