so that the Ant build would complete successfully: - add the missing jnlp.file property - javadoc command shouldn't fail the build when there are errors in javadocs (and there are plenty of javadoc errors!) - make the source code loading work in Windows, by removing the drive letter from the user.dir property value string when read.
- swingx.jar is too old to be compatible with Java 11; replace it with the swingx-all-1.6.3.jar from Maven Central - with the springx 1.6.3 library, the custom JXPanel class is no longer compatible, and is no longer needed, so it's deleted - all old "temp fix" for the Nimbus L&F class name is removed, to make it work with Java 11
