Implement approximate connection length change in managed Socketmode connection

RIght now it's a pain to use Socketmode in production, because of complexity required to handle the 5 hour and 1 minute reconnects, if we could be able to atleast change the URL of the WebSocket URL without having to go through the pain of creating your own connection and sending requests to the API
