RTM Disconnect doesn't "wait, blocking until a successful disconnection." #962

What happened

On calling RTM Disconnect, it doesn't wait and block until the disconnection.

Expected behavior

Call Disconnect, block and let RTM be disconnected and then return.

Steps to reproduce

Make a RTM managed connection and call RTM Disconnect.
