[Q] How to padd displayed section title on anchor select

I'm trying to achieve something similar to https://docs.bons.ai/examples.html#examples-overview
but what I'm getting is when section is selected in the menu it will go to the content of that section but not the title (beginning of a section) - title will be under the header.

Any tips on that?

I have added new HTML element

but then what do I need to adjust to call name element instead of id?

I have that topic kind of useful in my case: #540 but one problem is when the site is loaded with an anchor link.
