Minimize table of contents side nav bar

Is there a way to close the side nav bar and reopen it whenever the user wants? Kind of like the burger icons or when viewed on a mobile, the nav bar is able to be closed an opened. is there something like that for the web version??

I don't want it static because its taking up too much space on my page and making the main body content squished
