Minimal reproduction

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new Slidev project and open the starter template
Add frontmatter to slide 9 (which demos the Rough Marker feature) and apply zoom: 0.8 (or any other than 1)
Open slide 9 in the presentation
The underline and circles are shown in an incorrect location

Environment

Slidev version: v51.4.0
Browser: Google Chrome
OS: Windows and Mac OS X
