AP->AT Transform bluesky links into mentions

When you include a bluesky profile link in a Mastodon post cause you can not mention the bsky account (not bridged or other reasons) it should be transformed into an actual mention on the bluesky side.

Atm if you include a few people like that the post gets truncated so much it's basically useless.

I added 5 links to bluesky profiles and it doesn't even manage to display the 5th one before the truncation kicks in (which is an issue in itself tbh cause that's definitely not character limit).

Transforming those profile links into actual mentions would have 2 benefits imo.
First it would free up a significant amount of text space and it would work well with the bsky ecosystem.

Hi @snarfed, good to know.
It's not really helping on the Mastodon side of things though since they can't easily get to where you want them to link to.
If you already have that behavior and would be open to also convert links like that it should be fairly doable.

If not I think we should at least do something about the way it truncates links cause if you add more than 2 the post basically becomes unusable on Bluesky

Yes! This is probably snarfed/bridgy-fed#1228.
